Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods

  • We provide nationwide delivery across the Philippines through our trusted logistics partners (J&T Express, LBC Express, Ninja Van, etc.).

  • Standard delivery and express options are available depending on your location.

2. Shipping Time

  • Metro Manila: 2 – 4 business days

  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3 – 6 business days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5 – 10 business days
    (Note: Delivery time may vary during holidays or sale seasons.)

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping for orders above ₱3000.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₱80 – ₱200 applies for orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number once your package has been shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • You can track your package directly via our website or through the courier’s official tracking page using your tracking number.

6. Special Notes

  • Delivery to remote or island areas may take longer than the standard timeframe.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or courier issues.
